A $1,000 security deposit is required as well as a credit report. There may be a waiting list. Contact the manager for availability.

Trailer Tel is a long term, extended stay RV Park. All RVs must be in, and remain in, very good condition and are subject to management approval. Occupancy is limited to no more than two persons per the number of bedrooms plus one. Tenants are required to mow, edge, weed and water their space. Only two vehicles permitted per space. Speed limit in the park is 10 MPH. Satellite TV is permitted but dish may not be mounted on fences, sheds or other park property. Pets must be tethered or on leash at all times when outdoors and are not allowed in common areas or in other tenants spaces. Quiet hours are between 9pm and 8am. A 14 day written notice is required prior to leaving Trailer Tel.
A complete set of "Rules and "Regulations" and a "Rental Agreement" must be read and signed prior to tenancy at Trailer Tel.
